Wrap-up: Los Angeles Renegade Craft Fair

It was very busy and bustling last weekend at the Renegade Craft Fair in Los Angeles — a little warm, a little windy — but in all a success and the RCF staff was incredibly helpful. Thanks to all who came out and stopped by.

I owe a huge thanks to OhMa Felt, who makes my hand-dyed wool felt, as she first suggested that Kata Golda and OhMa get tables at both the L.A. and San Francisco (happening this weekend) RCF events. She then orchestrated the whole event and made sure that every last detail was perfect, including the arrangements on the tables. Quite simply, I could not have done this without her. Thank you OhMa!

If you're going to be in San Francisco this weekend, and have time to attend the Renegade Craft Fair, be sure to keep an eye out for our tables — they'll be right next to one another. OhMa will once again have her fabulous hand-dyed wool felt for sale, available in a range of sizes and an entire rainbow of colors.

And I'll have lots of little mouse finger puppets (my little bargain item!) available, like the ones on the cover of Kata Golda's Hand-stitched Felt, which will be for sale as well. I'll also have letterpress printed photo albums (some with felt), felt patch albums, pillows, stuffed companions and will be taking orders for items personalized with hand-stitching.

So come on down — the fair is free to attend — and say hi.

And if all goes well, we're hoping to return to the Bay area to attend Renegade's Holiday Craft Fair in December. What do you think?
